The Service Selection Board (SSB) interview is a 5-day procedure to assess your suitability as a future officer in the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force. Candidates must qualify all mandatory rounds to proceed.
Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) and Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PPDT). Only screened candidates proceed to Stage 2.
Projective tests: WAT, TAT, SRT, and Personal Description (PD).
Group activities: GD, GPE, Lecturette, PGT, Snake Race/GOR, HGT, Command Task, IOT, finishing with the FGT. Focus is on group support.
The PI is pivotal. In the Conference, the board collectively decides final suitability.
